This week's little predecodable reader brought out an interesting response from one of my students. I asked, "What is the man in the picture doing?" The response was "He's cutting his grass, but I guess it snowed."

hahahaaa...nice. That made me laugh :) They should come see a midwestern winter sometime... ;)
We seem to be in a happy mediume here in WV -- we don't have to cut the grass during the winter months like we did in Florida, but neither do we have to shovel twice a day as we did in Upper Michigan! It's definitely getting colder here already -- we've thrown away the mums as the frost has already claimed them, but some of our days are still beautiful enough for a hike outdoors with just a wind breaker on.
